How we collect, use, and protect your personal information, in line with Canada's privacy law, the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

This policy explains how Hawks Management Group ("Hawks", "we", "us") handles personal information collected through this website and when you contact us. We are based in Mississauga, Ontario, and work with clients across the GTA.

Information we collect

We collect two kinds of information:

  • Information you give us. Your name, email, phone number, and the details of your message when you fill in a form on this site, call us, or email us. If you become a client, we collect the financial and tax information needed to do your work.
  • Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, basic technical and usage data such as the pages you view, your approximate location, and your device and browser type. This comes from standard analytics tools and cookies.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your enquiry and arrange a first call.
  • To provide accounting, tax, and related services if you become a client.
  • To understand how the site is used and improve it.

How we share information
