How we work

Four steps, from your first call to filing

The same way every time. You always see your return before it goes to the CRA.

01
A first call

We learn your corporation, your fiscal year-end, and where things stand today. We tell you plainly if we can help.

02
Year-end data collection

We send a short, specific list: bank statements, prior year return, payroll summaries. You send it by email or e-signature.

03
Return prep and review with you

We prepare your T2, then sit down (in person, by phone, or video) and walk through it in plain language before filing.

04
Filing and follow-up

We file with the CRA by your deadline and keep everything on file. If the CRA writes back, we handle the correspondence.

Who delivers this

Your corporate return is prepared and reviewed by Rehan.

You speak with him directly, with Irfan advising on the larger decisions. You will not be handed off to a junior, and you will always know who is doing your work. When the CRA writes, the same person answers.

Questions clients actually ask

Corporate tax, answered plainly

What documents do I need to send you?
For most corporations: your bank and credit card statements for the year, last year's tax return, payroll summaries if you have employees, and any major purchase or sale records. We send you a short, specific list for your business so you are not guessing.
What is the deadline for my T2?
Your corporate return (T2) is generally due six months after your fiscal year-end, and any tax owing is usually due two or three months after year-end. We confirm your exact dates on the first call and plan backwards from them.
Do you handle CRA letters?
Yes. When a letter arrives, you forward it to us and we deal with the CRA on your behalf. That includes reviews, requests for information, and reassessments.
Can we meet in person?
Yes. You can come to our Mississauga office, or we can meet by phone or video. We review your return with you whichever way is easiest for you.
What languages do you speak with clients?
We work with clients in English, Urdu, and Hindi. For important conversations about your taxes or a CRA letter, you can speak in the language you are most comfortable with.
Do you file HST and handle payroll too?
Yes. We file your HST/GST returns and can run payroll, so your sales tax and remittances stay current alongside your corporate return.
What if my bookkeeping is behind?
That is common and it is fixable. We help you get the books current first, then prepare the return. We will tell you plainly what it takes.
